Water beats fire. Even small amunts of water take great amounts of heat away from a fire, and it is never destroyed by the fire, just changed into steam temporarily. Fire needs fuel, oxygen and an ignition source, Water stands alone. Fire can be completely consumed by water, but never the reverse

the results varies because it depends on how strong the user is. if the water user is on a higher level than the fire user, then water will extinguish fire. Or if the fire user is stronger, then the overheat of fire would evaporate water before it touch and extinguish the fire. But if water turnes into gas and condensates within the cold air and out of the heat of fire it'd revive...or should i say just get a glass of water from the sink and pour it onto a fire then they'll die at the same time because fire extinguishes and water becomes steam but if it condensates again then it revives so where's fire? o.O

Fire and water are equal elements, so it depends on how strong the user is. if the water user is on a higher level than the fire user, surely fire will lose. Or the other way around.^-^

fire. global warming will never trigger temperatures that are hotter than a blast of fire, but it will in the long run trigger an ice age. ice is colder than water so unless mr fire powers doesn't vent some steam on a passing glacier mr water power would be snookered.
