I think you should take a break from it. Like anything else... enjoy it in moderation. You don't want it to take over your life.

I'm assuming here, we're talking single guy (no current physical relationship).
Is it getting in the way of other stuff you want or need to do? If so, lay off / cut back some.
(The other thing would be is if you are down/depressed and this is just a way of escaping from it all, sort of thing, then it's better to try and deal with your issues than just hide by "turning the brain off" in an easy way.)
Otherwise, well, frankly it can be pretty normal. Guys get horny and need to do something about it. It's not like guys who can't/couldn't use the Internet for porn wouldn't get magazines, or those who can't/couldn't get magazines wouldn't look at lingerie catalogs or ads or whatever, or even just fantasize about girls they know without reference to pictures at all.
If it is becoming some kind of addiction taking away from other stuff or a cover to drown other stuff, not cool, but if you're just horny, geez, don't worry about it.

If you are single, not dating any one, not living with any one, not married to any one, then you can look all you want, but on the other hand leave it alone. I don't know of any females out there that likes her man looking at other women and like THAT.

It's safe, it's not life threatening and your not hurting anyone. Sometimes it's the lure of the unknown that gets ya, once you know it looses some of it's appeal. Dont be so hard on yourself! lol
