If it sounds right to you, go for it. However, it is a little eccesssive in my opinion. Keep in mind if you have more than one child you can use the names with the other children...I have four siblings and each of our middle names are our grandparents names. I suggest:
Emily Joanne Francis
I would not use Emily Elizabeth or Emily Faith Francis. because having 2 names begin with the same letter can be overwelming. However, there are exceptions so if it sounds great to you, then your child will love it too. Remember that this may be the first child of many, so don't take all the good middle names before the end.

I like Emily or Faith the best out of all of them. But honestly all those names is a but much if your thinking for one baby. I can see if you called her like
Emily-Elizabeth (First name)
Faith Joanne (Middle name)
Francis (Last name)
That would make more sence to me!

Emily Faith = 1 girl

Its a beautiful name but a little long. My Boyf has 2 middle names but he only uses one cos he hates the fact his name is so long with his christian name 2 middle names and a surname.
Emily Faith or Elizabeth Joanne are nice names...Maybe save a few names for your next child!

I really like it but just so you know the little girl's name on the popular cartoon show Clifford The Big Red Dog is Emily Elizabeth. There may be some teasing in her future about that. How about Emily Faith?

I love the name Elizabeth and my hubby loves the name Emily if we have a girl he wants it to be emily elizabeth but it remindes me of the little girl from clifford th big red dog ... I like both names but have to say elizabeth is my fav... faith is also nice tho

I think JoAnne Francesca is prettier because Francis makes JoAnne sound old.
JoAnne Francesca is a breath of fresh air, youthful, elegant, beautiful and graceful.
Emily Elizabeth initials E.E. reminds me of Eeeeeeee that's nasty.
