I have just downloaded this but it has altered the Toolbar etc at the top of the screen so I cannot access say the FILE menu then Print Preview to check how many pages will be printed on a website item. Also the word 'Back' has gone and is replaced with an arow. I cannot get on with it so what can I do to get me back to where I was with the previous version???????

If you right click on the toolbar, you can add back the menu bar which has 'file' in it. I just got it today and don't really like it either, but everyone'll have it soon, so we may as well get used to it.

If you are using XP use your help function to restore an older configuration. Otherwise type the version you want in a search bar with the word download and search for a download site for the earler version.
