I know that Thanksgiving is supposed to be about turkey, but I just love the pumpkin pie! A homemade pumpkin pie with the spices and a thin crust to hold the pumpkin up can't be beat with a stick!
Momma's turkey is good, and the dark meat makes for some good leftover sandwich stuff, but I can hardly wait to get the pumpkin pie.
Mac and cheese? I'm sorry about that. I eat mac and cheese all the time during the rest of the year. Good stuff, never get tired of it. But for turkey day lets hope that in the future you get some good turkey!

This was my first Thanksgiving with my 16 year old daughter...so the yummy cheesecake she made was my favorite!
