On some websites it says 21 Dec - 19 Jan = Capricorn.
Other websites say 22 Dec - 20 Jan = Capricorn

I've searched and i've found different dates. That is a very good question. You're born on what is called a cusp. A cusp is the 2-3 day interval between signs. People born on a cusp supposedly have dominant characteristics of both signs.

My mum was born on Jan 20th..she was born on the cusp, this means she could be either, she always classed herself as a Capricorn, although with some of the bad traits Capricorns have i am not so sure,

You are on the cusp, you are supposed to have traits from both signs but will have one dominating the other, you are a Capricorn with Aquarius traits. I was born on February 19, I am a Pisces with Aquarian traits as well.

SOME HOURS LATER: Thanks for the *time & place* but now it's "my blunder" as I should have asked for your YEAR of BIRTH as well. I just ran a series of 12 years (1978-1990) through my computer program and half were Capricorn, the other half Aquarius. So let's keep trying if this up-date reaches you....
