We have moss gowing on the north side of our house and we are tired of power washing it off.

To remove the moss, power wash it off.
To discourage the moss, spray regularly with bleach.
To create a moss-hostile environment, remove bushes and trees from around that area to let the sun in.

You first must kill the moss. You can mix 1 part bleach to 1 part water & spray heavily on the moss. Let it sit for no more that an hour. Then you can use a broom to take the moss off. If you do this, try in a small area first to make sure you don't discolor your siding.
