I'm also a Lions fan :( but I'm also a Harrington fan, and after all of the booing, I started cheering for Miami. I'm glad that Miami won, but also that Joey kicked butt.
They'll have a good team as soon as Millen gets the boot!

No. Had Joey Harrington performed everywhere although the % - 10, he would were a 4th round draft %.. He had mediocre archives (which includes a terrible ending contact share) and no authentic actual ability. as a remember of actuality, had Oregon lost 2 or 3 of those close video games that they gained hostile to an truly basic agenda, Harrington would were a center round %., because his finished declare to repute became happening to were the QB of the first % - 10 crew to end with purely one loss in like perpetually. (Southern Cal has in view that proven that it truly wasn't a lot an accomplishment.) What fairly some human beings also forget is that Oregon wasn't even a passing crew Harrington's senior 12 months ... they were a operating crew. they'd 2 1000 backyard rushers in Maurice Morris and Onterrio Smith that season. Now i do no longer imagine that the Falcons must have drafted Ryan, because they exceeded up countless a lot extra useful gamers to take him, and Ryan isn't the kind of particular QB which will provide the Falcons a aggressive benefit. as a remember of actuality, he gained't also be the perfect QB in his convention, Drew Brees will be. yet Ryan has extra ability and placed up extra useful numbers, and could be a reputable starting up NFL QB who will remind Falcons followers of Chris Miller from the late 80s and early 90s.

I was ecstatic!! I kept saying last year he was the Lions' convenient scapegoat! Loved the fact that he kept picking on Dre Bly all day, and was having success doing so!
This is the first Turkey Day in 23 years I did not wear Lions blue and silver. I used to go to the Thanksgiving Day games, having attended 17 in a row! I finally came to realize that as long as Ford owns the team, they will always stink up the NFL. His refusing to fire Millen is the perfect case and point example.
Was thrilled for Harrington today!!! Lions' fans don't know what to do, because, "They don't have Joey Harrington to kick around anymore!"

I was absolutely thrilled. The guy was raked over the coals and blamed for all of Detroit's failures. It's a ton of poetic justice as far as I'm concerned.
Detroit will not have a good team until their front office is overhauled and filled with people committed to winning football.

From what I heard regarding how badly treated he was in Detroit, I'm glad he had a good game.
Being a Viking fan, I'm not too sad you have a bad team (though ours isn't great either) but it is amazing that things never seem to go right for you guys.

Detroit football ho..ho...ho...lol... just like the kittens in the American Baseball league..They seem to be getting swept all over .They will have a good draft choice at the end of the season. But they wont be a team for quite awhile.Certainly the tigers won't repeat a division title again, even with their bad choice in the off season.

I think it's great, just more proof of the total incompetency of the Detroit organization. The answer to your second question is NO, NEVER.
