get some ghiradelli semi -sweet chocolate chips or others made with real vanilla. half that amount of pieces of unsalted nuts(chopped) and flaked coconut.
or use those supermarket Chinese crispy fried noodles in the can. they work!
melt the choc in the micro or melt in double boiler. pot of chocolate on top of pot with water..
mix other in delicately and drop by spoonfuls onto non stick cookie sheet . refrige till hardened.
its messy so be prepared to lick your fingers and the spoon and the bowl.. like to keep the chips in the freezer so when i get the urge i can easily make it far better than the avreage store..myself..
i'd guess mini marshmallows or chopped dried fruits are good too. maybe ill test it .. NOw!
ps: in a jam a hammer and a brwon bag works good to chop the nuts.
