go to Tools - Internet Options - CLear History

In your internet tool bar click on the clock with the arrow going backwards, this is your history button. All the sites you have visited will be on the left side of your screen. If you click on today you have the option to collapse or delete.

The other way is to go into your computer and clear history files it works thru accessing programs-accessories-system-disk cleanup

On your web browser, click on tools. drop down to the Internet options and click. In the middle of the pop up, click on clear history.

Right click on the EXPLORER you are using , select the "Internet Properties", under the GENERAL tab click "Delete Cookies" button, "Delete Files" button and "Clear History" button.

i think your talkin about your adress bar? were u looking at porn? well just go to tools ..browser options then look under the general category and look under history press the buttons that say clear urls and clear search good luck
