I don't believe you can download videos without the permission from the person who uploaded them.

I don't believe you can. Although if you're dodgy enough, you can download a program called SnagIt, which allows you to capture movies from your screen.

sorry, but I don't think youtube videos can be downloaded however try using DAP (Download accelenator Plus) to download them.
