Scary experience last night!!!! What is happening to me???

Last night I was sleeping and all of the sudden the room really got cold and I woke up and their was a black figure in my room and the next thing I knew the thing just went into the air. Here is the scary part EVERY WORD that was RUNNING IN MY HEAD appeared on the wall EVERY SINGLE IMAGE IN MY HEAD APPEARED ON THE WALL LIKE MY WALL WAS ONE BIG TV. My dog, which is scared of nothing was under my bed shaking violently. One last thing early that day I was having deja vu constantly throughout the day. What is happening to me?

Ps I'm not religious, don't do drugs nor alcohol, nor on meds.

There is a state at which every human being goes into called REM sleep or Rapid Eye Movement, this occurs when a person quickly wakes up from a deep sleep.
You actually awake before your brain has time to register that you are awake so what ever you are dreaming you see it as if it was in your room.
People who experience this sometimes see people or black shadows in their room, hear noises or see nothing at all but have a sense that someone is in the room.
Or you could have a ghost, don't rule out an possibilities, if anything else occurs while you are awake, then no doubt it is a ghost, and if it is call TAPS, they are a really good group of paranormal investigators. This does sound odd. If you're sure you weren't coming out of a dream, think back to see if anything has changed recently. New bed, house, room...? Keep a night light burning in a wall socket and see how things are for awhile. And keep your dog near you.

that was either a f**ked up nightmare , your going insane, or you were visited by the supernatural. you should probably find out about what happened inside that house before you lived there and and maybe if you believe this kindof stuff get and excorsism or consult the church or something. if its an angry ghost move and if it follows you consult the church and see if you can get someone to live with your for a while if your not married or something because being alone during something like that makes it worse.

I do believe in those things as a matter of fact I saw one of them come out of a neighbors cat only this time it was a grayish color.
Accept it is real and all you can do is go on with life. Remember each and everyone of us has opinions.

well the black figure u saw was definitely a ghost......go around ur house and sprinkle salt and holy water and tell the ghost to go to Christ also u probably have a 6th sense or u may have ESP which is fine dont worry
