Every now and then when a buy a new shirt and wash it, it comes out with a colored stain on the shirt. Sometimes it's pink, orange, or even red, and I dont even own a pink or orange shirt! I don't know where these colors even come from, and it usually happens on shirts I havent washed before. I always wash in cold water, and use "Clorox 2 for colors" non chlorine bleach and "Woolite for darks". Can anybody please help me?

Maybe you need a new washer. Are you washing AND rinsing in cold water? Do you over load the washer? Is there somethin' caught in the washer at the bottom? Like a marker or somethin'? Are you washing at the right settings? Is someone tampering with the washer while you're away? Investigate on this.
