Miley Cyrus is not popular only with like little kids. Jesse McCartney is just stupid. Nelly F. is ok I think her music is ok. Hillary Duff has really stepped out of the light for now. Jojo I just dont like. Ciara- hate most of her music. Jessica Simpson is kinda dumb(not completely) but did make a hell of a lot of money and gained a lot of deals this year so I would say Jessica Simpson
