Just ask your dad to take your songs off of his. You can't delete them but in secret.

Simple just switch the Itunes to manuel so that you have to manually have to import songs. You then have to connect your dad's ipod to the computer and go on itunes and then click on the Ipod sign which should come under music store and then after that you will see his playlist. To get rid of your songs just click on it and press clear and they will then be deleted from his Ipod but not from the Library.

yes, you plug your ipod in, and itunes pops up. go to "edit" then "preferences." click on the ipod tag. it should say "make some playlists on and some off" or "only upload checked songs." then you say "apply" and uncheck all the songs you dont want on his ipod.

Go to iTunes and go to the itunes settings and click "Do not update songs to ipod. " That way It doesn't automatically transfer all songs from your whole library to your ipod.
