Good luck with that, as for R150 - R200 you will not get anything better than a double room in a backpacker. Try Cape Town Backpacker, as they have a guesthouse too. Call tha backpacker bus for transport from and to the airport (± R90 per person, If the prices have not changed).

You will have to define what you call 'good'. I do not know of GOOD accomodation ANYWHERE in SA for less than ZAR350. (Excluding breakfast and out of peak periods)

Mamelodi township is close to the airport and is going to be very cheap.
you can book a whole shak for a very low price.
