looks like it will be Tampa,Houston does have some pretty good upsets this year
houston points for 165 points against 230
tampa points for 132 points against 214 on paper they are pretty even

Tampa is probally the better team now. But the Houston Texas have the most upside to compete quicker.

Houston. You cant deny the talent they have, but so does Tampa Bay. For some reason they just havent been able to capitolize on the talent the Bucs really have.

Houston. They have the worst O-Line in the country, and they intentionally miss Field Goals to get the top draft picks.

house is definitely worse. tampa is better than their record.
besides all the injuries plaguing numerous starters, they're playing with a 6th round draft pick rookie qb

this is obvious it is the Texans here is the word that describes them SUCKeeeeeeeeee and a least the Bucs have an Amazing Defence with Ronde Barber, Derrick Brooks, and Simeon Rice.
