Honey garlic chicken wings....ummmm, so good. Take a large package of wings (at least three to four dozen, depending on your number of co-workers). Deep-fry or pan-fry the wings in Canola oil (you can also broil them on a cookie sheet in the oven, for less mess but not so yummy). Cook them until they are nice and crispy. For the sauce I use VH Honey Garlic Sauce. Put the sauce in a medium-sized sauce pan...bring to a simmer. Put in about 8-10 wings at a time. Allow to simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove wings from sauce and place on wax paper. Allow to cool and then refridgerate. They can be reheated in an oven, toaster oven or microwave before serving. This is quick and easy and no one has to know you used a store-bought sauce...and they won't think you did from the taste, either. Have fun at your party, and hope this helps.
