dont just eat, that will gain you body fat...you want to level it out with muscle too...so work out and gain muscle weight.

Build muscle. Don't try to get fat - you'll live to regret it. Hit the gym and build muscle. Go slowly at first, then you'll take off and you'll be happy with the results. So will the ladies.
