Well, my girlfriend is 30 weeks pregnant and we've been reading books all about it.
At 24 weeks, the baby now has a heart, a brain, hands, legs, feet, toes, ears, mouth, nose, eyes and even eyebrows!

Yes, the spine and brain are what develops first even before all the limbs...So at 24 weeks all of that is very much developed!

The feotus now looks like a real human being and from now on it will get bigger and the lungs are all thats left to really develop

I don't know where you are, but here in California, right now, there is a documentary on the National Geographic channel about the growth of a baby in the womb. Turn the TV on...
