I keep a note book that I write down all the things I need to do and as they are done I cross them off and when I think of more things that need doing I add them to the list. It is a continual list that never ends. But if I notice that a few pages back there is one or two items that I have been putting off I make an effort to do them early in the morning. Iinclude all of the mundane things too like wash up, hang out the washing etc... In this way I can see readily what I have accomplished today by noting how many things I have crossed off. All too often we don't give ourselves recognition for the mundane tings we do that is why they become real chores to do, a little recognition goes a long way and gives a sense of satisfaction

Keep a schedule of your work day on hand.
Make a list of things you need to do that day in order of importance.
If you get tired, it's ok to take short breaks to reward yourself for getting the things done that you have done.
