should i tell him no? he really needs this job but he thinks its ok because his boss is gay? any advice

erm no i dont think he should really...maybe have a good chat with him and tell him that although his boss is gay its not advisable as he may lose his job!!x

You should tell him to get back in his box.
Chances are that his boss isn't gay cos he's got a missus(who's probably upset that everyone thinks her man's gay) and he probably wouldn't take kindly to your mate piling in there like a fat kid on a cup cake.
