I would think Spiderman as he is more agile.

Which Hulk? Which Spider-man? Mindless, grey, professor? Original, symbiote, Iron-Man suit, Captain Marvel version?

Going back to basics, The Hulk has the endurance, the strength and the power to squash Spidey like a bug. However, Webhead has agility, speed and the spider-sense to dodge Emerald Giant's attacks.

However, the madder the Hulk gets... the stronger he gets. I'm sure that at some point, Spidey will make a mistake and get squished into web-goo. Sure, the wallcrawler has strength too, but it's nowhere near the Hulk's level. His best chance is to find some outside weapon that can effect the Hulk or his gamma ray irradiated body.

That said, while I like the ol' Webhead and prefer him over the Green Giant, I seriously doubt that Petey can keep up with Bruce's alter ego.

The hulk, hands down, even if the spiderman threw his web at the hulk. Still the Incredible hulk is strong enough to pickup a diesel and throw it right back at spiderman. So who says he wouldn't just tear right through his web like it was confetti, then turn around and snap spiderman like a toothpick.

Sure Hulk is much stronger than Spider Man. But what's the point of all that strength when Spider Man is so agile he can just dodge Hulk's blows as easily as I could run away from a guy in a wheelchair?

the hulk wouldn't get anywhere near spiderman.
the fight would consist of spiderman covering the hulk in webbing and the hulk breaking out of it.
the web slinger would come up with some intelligent masterplan and the Hulk would lose by getting stuck in a trap.
though I can see Peter Parker feeling sorry for the Hulk when he found out who he was!

This would be an interesting fight.

Spiderman would put up a good fight with his agility and spider senses for awhile. But one good punch, kick or headbutt from the Hulk, would knock Spiderman out cold.

If it was a matter of life or death, and only one would walk out alive, Spider-man could defeat the Hulk. Spider-man has said on many occasions that he could stop the Hulk if he had to but the only way would be to kill him.
Science over brute strength.

The Hulk he is stronger and faster. Even with his spider sense he could not stand up to the hulk and Spider-man is not one to run from a fight
