In grade six I did a science project on the differences and similarities between margarine and butter. I looked at how it's made, what the chemical make up is, etc...(as much as a gr. 6 could do at any rate..lol) I also had a 'taste test' and people had to guess which spread was on each cracker. I won 3rd place..not too bad!

Last year I did a science fair project on the effects of temperature on the growh rate of sodium crystals. You could probably find a good procedure online.

whats your grade? how old are you?

in fourth grade i made a circuit.
an open one, so the end of it is a ring, and you have take the ring around the circuit ( a wire with shapes) but if u touch it the cicuit close, so if u add some leds and an alarm, they turn on, its like a game.

burning alcohol- first u distill red wine, then u take the 100%
alcohol ( make sure you dont drink it or you'll die a slow sad death) then you make the room dark and then light the fire. its a 60% percent chance you'll get it but keep trying it till you know how to do it properly. when it lights up it will give a romantically lovely blue flame
