The girl can get an emancipation from her parents and move in with your stepson... or move anywhere for that matter. Emancipations cost anywhere from 500 to 1000 dollars unless the girl can prove unfit living conditions OR possible danger to her baby, and then it's free. Call a lawyer to discuss it. The lawyer won't get any money til you win your case.

There is nothing he can do except call CPS. I live in Texas and I will tell you what he did is statutory rape. He will never be able to get custody of that baby without risking going to jail. Let me know where in Texas they are, if they are close enough to me maybe I can help some way. Even though the law says what he did was wrong, it doesn't change the fact that there is now a baby and that needs to be top priority. I have helped people out for many many years. I'd like to help your stepson. Please email me or instant message me. God bless.

Need to make a trip or phone call to a lawyer in Texas who is up on their laws. Seems to me that there should be something that can be done, but again, you have to know the laws of the state your dealing with.

welll first off you cant seek legal help because it may be classified (MAYBE) as rape because he was so close to being of-age and she was not. however since he wasnt actually 18 he might be able to get massive financial aid etc which will allow him and his wife or watever to move somewhere and support themsleves etc better. if not i recomend taking legal action to have the child sent to an orfanage or adopted by a relitave or friend. this will allow for optimal visitation etc while sidesteppign the legal and financial troubles.

Get the girlfriend and baby to live with you. Find a lawyer and try to get custody. Call CFS and tell them of your worries.
