on the fist island 'L.S' the people with black tanks (vest) on i want to know how do u accept them because the sell drugs. it wont let me my player just says 'go sell that dope some were esle'

It doesn't matter if you press left (Negative response) or right (Positive Response), CJ will not get anything from him. They always have a lot of money and usually a pistol, so i just use the knife and do the stealth kill to kill him.

if you press the right directional pad (dp) you will respond with a positive answer, if you press left on the dp you will respond negatively. I prefer to shot them and get a grand in exchange for the bullet. If you kill twenty you get a reward at your safe house.

You can only recruit people wearing your gang colours (green) you're supposed to kill the drug dealers at some point.
