Absolutely NOT. Mixing species is a horrible idea. Not only are you not suppose to house multiples of the SAME species together, but different species is a recipe for horror. Not to mention a fortune in vet bills.
If you want all those species, they all need their own tank. And yes, the bassies, water dragons and tree frogs all need a running water system and the lizards need a large swimming dish. Also a good idea for a iguana. A redtail only needs a dish large enough for it to submerge itself. but hell, i don't need to tell you this. If you want these animals, go out and research:

I really hate petstores and the ignorance they perpetuate.

I did that once and the dragon killed them. But if you do that how are you going to feed the frog's? Water dragons like to be in a hot/dry environment also not just water. So 50/50 might work but good luck.

That seems like a very acceptable tank...although i am not an expert. The tank you are looking at is good and i believe that it will suit all three of the reptiles you are planning to put into it

mixing species is a horrible idea. however, i found that fire-bellied toads and tree frogs mix well. You can add fish or whatv in the a quatic part. good luck
