I just bought a copy of it and I was just curious to see if a female should watch it. I'm over 18 yrs old and is good.

Hell yeah it's worth watching. It's funny as ****: One of my favorite quotes: "this whole place looks suspicious, all dudes in here except for these bitches"
Also a good representation of the city of Detroit, maybe more interesting if you're from there because Eminem's cool like that

When, I saw "8 Mile" for the first time, I could not stand Eminem! But, I actually did like like the movie. It had a believeable storyline with a lot of good music. It turned out to be a pretty good movie.

You would only like the movie if you have a genuine appreciation for hip hop music. If you like those kinds of battles, this movie is for you.
