There are four different theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort and in 2005 about 42.8 million people visited those four parks. Now, that doesn't include the number of people that went to the two water parks, any of the 25 different Resorts, and Downtown Disney.

Disneyland had 20.3 million visitors at their two theme parks in 2005, but that doesn't include the number of people that visited the Downtown Disney District or any of the three hotels on property.

GoDisneyVacations is mistaken. 16.1 million visited the Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World and 14.5 million visited the Disneyland (Magic Kingdom) Park at Disneyland in 2005.
