You can also go to Control Panel > Display > Settings Tab. It will show there, and if you hit the Advanced button it's even move detailed.

It should pop up on your flash screen when you boot up. Only lasts a couple of seconds. You can also go to control panel, system information, and hardware manager and click on your graphics and it will show your card and drivers.
