Sooty Cat has provided you a list of Latin names found among the Romans who settled Carthage after defeating the native (Semitic) Carthaginians (Phoenician/Punic settlers) in the Punic wars. But since you list the Barca family -- I assume you're after Punic names like theirs, not just transplanted Latin names.

The best place to find such names is on the numerous funerary and votive inscriptions found in ancient Carthage. Here is one set of 30+ male names.

Abdeshmun, Abdmelqart, Abdosir, Aderbaal
Adonibaal, Akbar, Ashtartyaton, Ashtzaph
Baalhanno, Baalshillek, Baalyaton
Bodashtart, Bodeshmun, Bodmelqart, Bodtanit
Eshmunamash. Eshmunkhilletz
Germelqart, Himilco, Kanmi, Khilletzbaal
Maharbaal, Melqartpilles
Milkherem, Milkpilles, Milkyaton
Philosir, Sakarbaal, Shafat
Yaroah, Yehawwielon

From the inscriptions posted at:
http://www.cartage.org.lb/en/themes/GeogHist/histories/Oldcivilization/phoenicia/origin/puniclit/inscriptions.html

A few notes on the structure and meanings of these names.

Note the repeated elements:
"Abd" and "Bod" = "servant, slave"
several divine names and titles:
Eshmun, Ashtart, Melqart, Osir, Tanit
Baal (originally meant 'Lord'), usually short for "Baal Hammon"
Adoni = 'my master'
Milk, Milco = 'king'
yaton (verb) = 'has given'

[The Barca family names, though corrupted in their Latin forms, include the divine names Melqart (rendered as 'milcar') and Baal]

Most of these are sentence names, following a few basic patterns, such as:
"servant of (Divine Name)"
"(DivineName) is (X)" - Baalhanno = "Baal is gracious"
"(Divine name) + (verb)" - Baalyaton= "Baal has given"
