Many people answer question not knowing the answer is incorrect. I would never call anyone lazy, ignorant or unhelpful. there are many people who just do not know any better...

Without any examples, this is a rhetorical question, and deserves a rhetorical answer.
Because answers are interpreted differently from person to person, not all answers are necessarily incorrect. You might think so,but you could be wrong.
If you want to point to a specific question and specific answer, you'd probably do better here.
