Ranked? Well, just open your local paper some time each week or search on the Web. It ain't rocket science nor a big secret.
But I'll answer who is rank #1 and I'd say the college football team that stinks the most is Army. They get "press" as they always play Notre Dame every year but their glory years were over 60 years ago. If they weren't named Army, they'd be in Div. II. I admire the fact they play sports for the right reason as college football is a sham and should not be about $$$$ but it is so c'est la vie.
