I need to take a picture (screen shot) of a program that I purchased so I can show the vendor an error in the program. I have no knowledge of how to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Honey, But I have no idea of how to take a screen shot. I should have been more specific. What process do you go through to take a screen shot??

The previous postings left out one step. Press the Ctrl key, then Print Screen. You can drop the screenshot on your desktop, put it in NotePad, or a Word document. If you have Clipboard (not easily found in WinXP), you can use that. Use NotePad, if you don't have Word. Then you can email it to the vendor as an attachment, or if you know how, cut and paste it into the body of your email.

If you aren't familiar with NotePad, click Start, Programs, Accessories, then NotePad.

Hope this helps!

Take the screen shot by pressing print screen on the keyboard when you ave the program up with the part that you need to show.
I suggest take the screen shot and place it in a document such as word and enlarge the screen shot if you need to and save this document. You will then be able to send the document to another person.

You take the shot by pressing 'Print Screen'( top right side).

Open up a blank word document (or powerpoint) and press control and V together. The screenshot will paste. save the document and email.
