It says on the recipe to preheat the oven to 325 F but later adds : A whole turkey (and turkey parts) is safe when cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 °F as measured with a food thermometer. So is it 325 F or 165 ?

Set the oven for 325 degrees..
The internal meat temp should be 165 degrees
as measured by a meat thermometer inserted
into the breast of the turkey...
Cook the turkey for about 12-15 minutes per pound..
