Are you asking how many days it actually snows or how many days we have snow cover on the average?
You must realize that the weather in Alberta fluctuates all the time depending on the year and which region you're enquiring about. Calgary's weather changes by the hour sometimes - snow in the morning and 16*c and sunny in the afternoon. Even Edmonton's weather changes daily - you never know from one hour to the next. While the the most number of snow days may have been 145 I guess it would depend on where.
There is a huge difference from the northern regions to the southern regions.
