Nicky Campbell, I think he secretly asked people off air, then pretended to guess correctly. If not then truly he has the gift.

His name was Nicky Campbell and he was on in the night, about ten pm.
He is now on Watchdog and other consummer programmes. And he used to do The Wheel of Fortune. I don't know how he guessed their star sign though, but he didn't always get it right, only mostly.
