look for their website and call them. i lost the info to a remote i have and i found the company number on the net. called them and they emailed me the instructions.

I went to the KitchenAid site and got the phone number. I lost both the mixer and food processor manuals in my move, and they replaced them totally free!

There web site would have it.Or go to store where you bought it and get another off the shelf and read it,maybe they would copy for you if you said yours was missing when you bought it there.
