I really need to get a loan and it needs to have a low interest rate.....gotta catch up on credit and stuff but I also need to be able to pay it back!

you need to check out different banks and see what ones have to offer you for your situation,just go in a talk to a loan officer and they will help you. p.s. this question doesn't belong in the pet section

well u need a real good credit so find a job and save in the bank for a few years

Is it so important to have a pet that you have to go into debt to buy it??? A pet needs unstinting care, there are routine expenses and the possibility of large vets bills. I suggest you leave having a pet until you can afford it without going into debt.
