okay. so my friends and i were talking about about racism. when you call a white person white, it not racist but when you call a african black, it's racist. WHY? what do you think?

that is so true!!! i hate it.What are we suppose to say? even if you say dark skin or something close the say its racist.I agree with yew!

I will never understand.....saying the "N" word is racist, but calling a white person a "Cracker" isnt!!! Whats up with that?!?!?!?!?

because really white people are multicolored -
hit them - they turn black and blue
stick them in teh sun - they tan (unless ou forget to take them out of the sun - teh burn)
embarassed them they get all red.
so when you call them white - your acknowledgin how limited they are are i their color spectum
black on the other hand is describing what they are - nothign more to say - so to fill in the gap - they have to say something .

well...from my point of veiw its probably cos like b4 martin luther king blacks were treated really poorly and differently. additionally, i think its because a long time ago, like i sed, whites were considered well, not colored. blacks were considered ******, or colored. i kno this isnt a straight answer but hope it helps good luck

IM NOT RACIST.......but I think its because they like to blow it out of proportion, and i guess they are more sensitive about that that white people are.
