i realize a lot of people here in America hate thanksgiving because they say it stands for the slaughter of Native Americans by the Europeans. I think it doesnt stand for the slaughter but the friendshipafterwords and for being thankful for all the things you get. I know the mass killing was bad and i feel bad that it ever happened but i am not going to dwell on it. To all you Native Americans out there who may read this question i know it isnt all of you but some individuals hold a grudge even now against people for what happened all the way back then. please dont be hostile over it most people now feel it was horrible and wish it hadnt happened. that realy goes for all. Happy thanksgiving. i know im thankful to have my family and the ability to go to school and get an education.

what are all of you thankful for today?

I am of Chickasaw decent, and I do wish all of my native brothers, and sisters, in blood to welcome all of our neighbors be they Anglo, Spanish, French, Muslim. or whatever faith. My heart is heavy during this Thanksgiving, and I do wish all a great Thanksgiving, where ever they may be.
