Not really no. The Finnish bradcasting company (YLE) sends some programs in English in Helsinki area, but that's about it.

No it will not.
And not even Finnish language stations (unless it has an FM radio as well), because we don't have the DAB radio technology here in Finland.

We had DAB a couple of years ago, but it never became successful, so the whole thing was canceled by finnish broadcasting company.
