I would think Sharper Image or Brookstone would sell something like that. ...nothing on their websites though.
Blow dryers take up a lot of power, if they do exist they'd be a bit hefty with a battery pack. And not last very long.
If you are looking for cordless to use it for camping, then you could use your regular one and use a power inverter (plugs into your cigarette lighter in your car, then you plug the dryer into the inverter)
