Polished Concrete -- that has those strips every so often that help prevent slip and fall injuries.

Once it is in place and molded -- that concrete will last quite long. Vinyl -- I'm surprised that Vinyl flooring even lasted a month with trolleys and everything rolling over it.

u should never use vinyal flooring on ramps, it can't be recommended.
u can use mossaic chips tiles with ironit topping, plain cement concrete tile with ironit topping or any other type of tile flooring but must have some hardener topping material.

Go with either concrete or steel. It'll last for many years and is relatively easy to keep clean.
