the horn is under the hood, infront of the radiator under the lights. it looks like a sea shell and is black.

Check you fuses under the dash.

that happened to me to before, just go to a place where they are more packed or more forgiving and they won't care too much.. i dont think they even noticed with my car =x .. but make sure u go to a good place to get it replaced.. i got mine replaced and it sounds so stupid when i honk.. lol its so lame >.< ... good thing its my moms car.. my car is sick =)
