I am pro-death penalty and believe in life for life

Kill them all, let God decide who is right or wrong.
I hate to kill a person, but, in many countries they have very severe penalties. People think this wrong, whine, whine, but, because of those laws the crime rates are lower, because people KNOW they WILL be punished. In America, it like a slap on the hand and really not deter future criminal activity. Heck, a murderer if not and even if they do get the Death Penalty, can appeal and maybe get a lesser sentence or actually get released. Now I really can not honestly say, but, some probably commit their crime again, some may actually become productive citizens. I not know what best to say on that.

Define heinous, If it is Murder, Rape, Kidnapping, or Treason, then the death penalty is already legal. It should be legal in cases of child molestation. If you are meaning theft, fraud, forgery, and lower crimes as such the death penalty should not apply.
