He is the leading candidate at this time based on his most recent performance. However if Brady Quinn throws for a million or so yards against USC things could change.

Yes...but he will not turn into a very good QB in the pros...so he better enjoy this year more than ever b/c his career will end soon (not literally but he'll never be good enough to start in the NFL).
