"jorge posada, pudge, victor martinez, thurmon munson, mike piazza, jason kendall, jason varetike,aj pirizinski, carlton fisk, and john buck "
None of them are top 10 except for Pudge and Fisk.. Piazza can't make a throw to second, Martinez, Munson, Kendall, and Pierzinske are good, not great. Varitek can't hit. Posada is close, but not quite. Buck is one of the worst catchers in the game..
I can't really make a list unless I spent time analyzing them, but I know that Pudge, Fisk, Berra, Gary Carter are all great ones.

Roy Campenalla
Yogi Berra
Thurmond Munson
Johny Bench
Josh Gibbson
Carlton Fisk
Mickey Cochern
Bill Freehan
Bill Dickey
Gary Carter
I know that there were others that were good but these were more than good.
