Are you serious?
First off, you can't get a job in this country without completing an I-9 form proving your eligibility to work here.
If you filled on out fraudulently you have no case.
If you didn't fill one out and started working, you can contact the labor board in your state but immigration will send you home before your case is solved.
Get proper documentation!!!

NOT quite right, u have some rights and might be able to get paid remember this country has laws and some of them is for the PEOPLE not citezens of America u can try but will be a little hard, plus he hired u and u are illegal so he wasnt supposed to do that, if you get me :)

First of all I don't think you are illegal. I believe you just posted this question to get a response.
If I'm wrong and you are illegal, then the only rights you have in the US are human rights. NO LEGAL rights at all.

I can tell you that US Courts do not take on cases that are based on something illegal. You may just tell your boss that you will send a letter to the INS who will be very interested to know what he is doing!!! Good luck, get your money from that deadbeat.

You should leave and go back to your homeland and come in legally under a work visa. As of now, you don't have any rights, and shouldn't in my personal opinion. That would be like saying a burglar should be able to sue you for breaking his leg while burglarizing your house.
