Yes there are several. However, like all things they seem to vary in quality.
If you can buy a copy of Forum magazine - there are several adverts in the back section for adult nurseries. Try ringing a few and see what they offer and give one of them a try.
It is really sad to see so many respondents being so dismissive and judgemental of something of which they have no understanding. If it gies you pleasure and hurts no one else - then I hope you find what you are looking for and enjoy it.

I heard about one at a mall in Germany. The wives drop off their husbands while they shopping. The men then watch sports and drink beer. The funny part was the women get claim tickets for their husbands to be 'allowed' to get the right husband back.
